4. Ring Sizing

Customers are encouraged to review our sizing information carefully before purchasing rings.

If you order an incorrect ring size, eligible unworn and unused rings may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

For voluntary returns involving an incorrect size selected by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If Prysm Lux sends an incorrect size, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

5. Pricing and Currency

All product prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by law.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order totals before completing a purchase.

Your payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or foreign transaction fees when paying in a currency other than USD.

Prysm Lux currently ships to Canada and the United States only.

Our standard shipping rates are:

Orders below $50 USD: $8.85 USD
Orders of $50 USD or more: Free standard shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times are approximately 10–15 business days after processing for Canada and the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept eligible voluntary return requests within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved change-of-mind returns, including returns for an incorrect ring size selected by the customer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be handled separately in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

9. Order Cancellations
